  • Every piece sold through this website is handmade from natural materials. They are perfectly imperfect with individual variations which make each piece unique.

    I do my best to describe each object listed in my shop carefully and to ensure that the form and colour of each piece is accurately reflected in my product photography. Please read the product descriptions carefully for details of dimensions, styles and colours as everything listed is handmade and these will vary.

    In line with distance selling regulations you will have 14 days to return your item if you are not completely happy with it. If you would like to do so, please contact me on julie@themindfulpotter.com so that we can arrange its safe return and an exchange or refund.

    Unless an item is faulty, costs of return shipping will be your responsibility. If any item is returned in a non-resalable condition (for example, if it gets broken in transit due to poor re-packaging) I won’t be able to issue a refund so please make sure it is packaged very carefully and, if possible, take out insurance on the package.

    I hope that you will be 100% happy with your purchase and I will do everything I can to make sure that your experience of buying my work is a positive one.

    Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with any queries or concerns about your order and I will do my very best to help.

  • Your object will be carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safe and sound. But if for any reason it arrives damaged, simply let me know and send me a photo of the piece (this helps me file an insurance claim with the responsible courier or postal service).

    You will be offered a refund or, if you prefer, I will send you a replacement as soon as possible.

  • Standard orders are shipped through ELTA (Hellenic Post) in which case they are delivered by the national postal service in the destination country (e.g. USPS, Royal Mail, La Poste, Deutsche Post etc.).

    I currently dispatch parcels weekly (usually on Wednesdays/Thursdays), but if you need your piece to be shipped quicker please let me know and I will do my best to prioritise it.

    Parcels are sent “Priority & Registered” to ensure you receive them safely and as soon as possible. Tracking details are available through the ELTA website, allowing you to follow your ceramics as they travel.

    Typical delivery time frames:

    Greece and Europe = 4-8 working days.

    International = 14-21 working days, dependent on the postal services and customs procedures of the destination country. I make every effort to make sure that your parcel will arrive safely and quickly but cannot be held responsible for such delays.

  • You have the option to expedite your shipment through a courier service (DHL Express). These parcels are fully traceable through the DHL website and the tracking details are shared with you by e-mail once your order has been shipped.

    Delivery timeframes:

    Timeframes for delivery of your items vary according to destination and service selected, between 2-3 days for DHL Express service (available worldwide) to 7-10 days for DHL Economy services (available within Europe).
