Explore - Pottery Wheel Taster Class (90 mins)
For anyone who has dreamed of trying the pottery wheel, this beginner-friendly 1.5 hour class is a perfect introduction. It’s an opportunity to slow down, put your hands in clay, and connect to your creativity in a serene, relaxed setting.
Classes take place in my bright studio in a leafy neighbourhood of central Athens. Taught in small groups, the vibes are gentle and restorative — a little oasis of creative calm amid the city’s energy.
No prior experience is needed — just curiosity and a willingness to get your hands muddy.

Younger potters are welcome to the studio, as long as they have adult/parental support and supervision.*
*For our littlest potters (usually those under-6) hand building, may be more suitable than the pottery wheel. This is something we can absolutely integrate into your time at the studio to make the experience as child-friendly as possible. Please get in touch to chat about options.

In case of a booking by a group of friends/family, I can comfortably accommodate 4-6 participants for a pottery wheel class.
In case of group bookings of more than 3 persons, the class will run a little longer (approx. 2-2.5 hours instead of 90 minutes) to allow enough time for each person to enjoy their time at the pottery wheel without feeling rushed.
If you are interested in booking the studio for a small group event or celebration - please get in touch, I’ll be happy to help.
-
The studio is on the ground floor with one shallow step at the entrance. Unfortunately, the toilet is downstairs and not easily accessible. Please let me know in advance about mobility needs; I will be happy to do my very best to adjust the workspace to welcome you.
If you have sensory sensitivities, please let me know ahead of time so I can minimise distractions and adapt my teaching to suit you better.
-
I offer participants flexibility to rebook their class for another date/time with 48 hours notice.
In case you need to cancel, I offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before the class and 50% refund for cancellations made between 48 hours and 7 days before the class. There are no refunds for cancellations within 48 hours of the class or for no-shows.
If I need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or a rescheduled date.
Please feel free to contact me by phone or email to enquire about rebookings or cancellations.
