Mobility: The studio is on the ground floor with one shallow step at the entrance. Unfortunately, the toilet is downstairs and not easily accessible. However, I will be happy to do my very best to adjust the workspace to welcome you.

Sensory: If you have sensory sensitivities, please let me know ahead of time so I can minimise distractions and adapt my teaching to suit you better.

  • Late cancellations: If you miss a class without giving at least 72 hours’ notice (except in genuine emergencies, e.g. serious illness, bereavement etc.), I cannot offer a reschedule or refund for that session.

  • Minimum enrolment and cancellation: If only one student registers for a cycle, we may cancel or postpone that cycle; we will notify you promptly and offer a transfer to another cycle or a full refund.
